Holiday Cheer - Easy Cinnamon Rolls

On Christmas morning, I usually cook some of Pillsbury's cinnamon rolls, but I may have to go with these this year. Won't the little ones enjoy rolling them in the sugar and cinnamon mixture?

Easy Cinnamon Rolls

Ingredients

1 can of refrigerator biscuits
1/2 stick butter, melted
1/2 cup cinnamon
1/2 cup sugar

Directions

Roll uncooked biscuits in melted butter, then coat with mixture of cinnamon and sugar. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees for 8-10 minutes.

Tomorrow's recipe: Pecan Fingers

Do give books - religious or otherwise - for Christmas. They're never fattening, seldom sinful, and permanently personal. ~Lenore Hershey

Wow! This is easy. And probably cheaper than the can of cinnamon rolls, too.

Canned biscuits must be one of the greatest inventions of the 20th century. This recipe sounds really good.
