I've had this recipes for years and love it as much now as when I first tried it. It's so easy (a toddler can do it) and so delicious!

Seven Layer Cookies
Ingredients
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup graham cracker crumbs
1 cup flaked coconut
6 ounces butterscotch chips
6 ounces chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
1 can sweetened condensed milk
Directions
Melt margarine and put in 13x9 pan. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs over margarine. Spread flaked coconut over crumbs. Pour butterscotch bits over coconut. Pour chocolate chips over butterscotch bits. Sprinkle chopped nuts over all. Slowly pour sweetened condensed milk over all. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.

I'm craving something sweet....I think I'll make these now...especially since I finished off the chocolate chip cookie dough truffles yesterday!
Wow that is a gorgeous sounding recipe and easy. Even with my poor cooking skills I reckon I could make them. I am going to give it a try.

I have eaten these before but never did have the recipe to try making them myself. This recipe sounds simple so I'm going to make these cookies sometime soon.
