This is a great recipe to have on hand for the upcoming holidays, when you'll have a houseful of friends and family. Make it the night before and let it set overnight. In the morning, just pop it in the oven while you visit, open presents or go back to bed for a few more winks.

Sounds awesome and very fattening. I'm trying to diet and increase my exercise, and you're not helping with these tempting recipes. I've been working out on my gazelle, trying to imitate Tony Little, but I think it would just be easier to grow a pony tail.
Ohhhh YUM! I love breakfast casseroles. Thanks for the receipt. You're the greatest!

I know my Hubby will love this recipe. I'm always on the lookout for new things to cook, so thank you!
This is a great variation on the one I do, which is basically eggs and milk and cheese. I'm going to try this one for sure.
My mother made something like this once. Was pretty good.

Ginger you are a hoot.
I agree, Ginger, stick with the ponytail and food. ;) That's my motto. Although, I sit around and whine that I can't fit into any of my clothes.
I love this recipe, Anna. I've used a variation of this before, leaving out the mushrooms. The only way I want mushrooms for breakfast is if they are on leftover pizza. :-)
Sounds perfect. I have everything on hand except for the sausage. Can't wait to try it. Yummmm.
