I've found that the best way to learn the writing craft is to attend conferences and workshops. So, please share with us one of the best workshops (online or in person) that you have attended.

My blogging partner, Rita Karnopp, posts some of the most amazing tips and shares through learned experiences what makes a difference between a good book and a novel. I read her posts daily, and if you've been missing out...well, you've just been missing out on some awesome and FREE advice.
oops...forgot to leave the link:

It should include both of our names, but I had the blog long before she joined me and I don't think I can change it.
Anna Kathryn, one of the best conferences has been the Dreamin' in Dallas Conference at the end of March. But online, I always enjoyed the HHRW conferences like the Frugal Writers Conference and there was one other whose name I can't remember where we each took one day. For seminar presentations, I think Liliana Hart's on self-publishing has helped me more than anything. You give a good seminar, too, Missy.
Hi, Ginger. Thanks for stopping by. You're blog is great and I love the tips given. Free advice is always welcomed!
Caroline, hi. Thanks for stopping by. The other one is Cabin Fever Conference, usually given in February. I don't think we did it this year. Chapter conferences are always nice, because they are a little more intimate than huge ones, but I do love going to RWA's.
The best online workshop I've taken is one given by Laurie Schnebly Campbell, "Plotting via Motivation". Laurie is an excellent teacher, gives a ton of feedback, has a fabulous sense of humour, and made me think so hard my brain hurt. But my story was much improved afterward. She often gives workshops at Writer Univ, http://www.writeruniv.com/ and Romance U http://romanceuniversity.org/
